Though the site hasn’t been updated during the hiatus, there’s been a lot going on behind the scenes. Fans have been hard at work supplying us with Yvonne Strahovski content.

First off, I was humbled to be asked by NBC to participate in a conference call with Zachary Levi and Josh Gomez this past Friday. Though I didn’t get to ask a question, it was a lot of fun as they talked about geekdom and what we can generally expect from the rest of Season 3.

The transcript of that interview should arrive in my inbox shortly and I hope to post the entire thing here on Strahotski.com for your perusal. Until then, remember to watch Chuck starting tomorrow at 8pm EST for the rest of Season 3.

Two drawings have been added the a new Fan Art gallery to show off the artistic endeavors of Yvonne Strahovski fans. Both are impressive additions to the site, and the latter is featured on one of our official Strahotski.com t-shirts.

Bzzg came through with some new screen caps from Headland that I’ve put up in the gallery. She originally sent me a whopping 320 screen caps, but in the interest of storage space I narrowed it down to what I considered to the best of the bunch.

Dan from the forums has donated a lot of time into capturing some choice images from Mass Effect 2. He turned up his rig as high as it would go to get some super high quality screen captures of Miranda. He sent only the best, and the best are a beautiful testament to both the game and Yvonne Strahovski.

Nima has also been hard at work to help promote the site. He whipped up a promotional video for the site which is extremely well done and will hopefully attract even more fans to the site. I know there has to be a few Yvonne Strahovski fans out there that haven’t joined the ranks of Strahotski.com yet.

We really appreciate the submissions of everyone! We are but a few people, and when the Yvonne Strahovski fan-base chips in to provide content we just get that much more Yvonne out there in the world.

I Love You Too

As many of you surely already know, Yvonne Strahovski has already filmed I Love You Too, an Australian romantic comedy by Peter Helliar.

No clear picture of when the movie will hit state-side, but a new trailer has been released!

New Interview, Old Commercial

I was able to get links out on Twitter a few days ago for both of these, but Yvonne has recently sat down with Televisionary for an interview about season 3 of Chuck.

In addition, someone found this Schick Quattro commercial which I assume is from Australia. Yvonne doesn’t have a speaking role and is barely in the commercial at all, but it’s Yvonne Strahovski so I know you’ll watch it anyway.

Enjoy them both!

Also, if you don’t already follow us on Twitter then do so! A lot of this sort of stuff gets there before I have time to post it on the main site… and some stuff never makes it to the main site at all.

Yvonne at Comic-Con

Yesterday was Comic-Con 2009, and the whole Chuck cast was there in San Diego to thank the fans for saving the show, and to talk about next season. Yvonne was beautiful as always, but unfortunately didn’t get to answer a lot of questions on the panel.

She did, however, get to dance to a hilarious live performance by Jeffster:

In addition to the panels, there are always lots of interviews and press appearances at Comic-Con. Our lovely Yvonne gave a great interview to Kevin Pereira from G4’s Attack of the Show. I can never get enough of the Aussie Accent Awesomeness:

Double A Paper

We usually only get to see Yvonne Strahovski kickin’ butt as Sarah Walker, but a reader has emailed in this awesome video of Yvonne in a paper commercial from Australia.

Looks like she started practicing her action moves long before Chuck and Sarah Walker! They totally need to recreate that scene at the Buy More.

It may just be a paper commercial, but Yvonne Strahovski’s classic facial expressions are well-suited for the ad.

Yvonne’s presence aside, that’s a really clever paper commercial. That’s Super Bowl level laughs in my opinion!
