It’s always good to see a new interview with Yvonne Strahovski, so I was pretty excited when I heard she was going to be on Attack of the Show this evening.
Attack of the Show is one of those shows I watch off and on, but I’m on expert on the show. Perhaps all of their interviews go the way this one did, but even I started to feel a bit uncomfortable at times. Definitely awkward.
But that’s really neither here nor there. We got some awesome clips from upcoming Chuck episodes and Ms. Strahovski looked as beautiful as ever. Thusly, I have added 25 screen caps to the gallery from the interview.
Unfortunately, G4 is not in HD in my area (or maybe at all?) so these aren’t quite as high quality as we’re used to. But even in grainy SD, it’s clear that Yvonne Strahovski is gorgeous, witty, and fun to watch.
As many of you have already surmised, today is April 1, 2010 — better known as April Fool’s Day. Though we do love the very beautiful and talented Sarah Lancaster, we have no intention of muddying the waters and diluting the Strahotski.com brand.
We love Yvonne Strahovski too much, and there is far too much work left to do in the realm of getting her name out there and into the limelight as one of Hollywood’s best kept secrets.
Hopefully Ms. Lancaster understands. Happy April Fool’s Day everyone!
And on to other news, word on the street is that Yvonne Strahovski will be on Attack of the Show this very night at 7pm EST on G4. I’ll try to get screen captures up as soon as possible.
I suggest you tune in to the entire episode. Attack of the Show is hilarious, and Olivia Munn is pretty much every geek’s perfect girl. Well, Yvonne is our perfect girl. But you know what I mean.
Saturday Night Magazine, a California-based lifestyle and entertainment publication, had the great pleasure of interviewing Yvonne Strahovski for their April 2010 issue.
The interview talks with Yvonne about all manner of things from on-set antics to her personal favorite places in LA.
All in all, it’s one of the best and most personal interviews we’ve gotten with Yvonne in some time. Kudos to Saturday Night for asking good questions.
When asked about crazy fan stories, Yvonne mentions that fans have given her stuff like teddy bears. Could she be referring to our very own Strahotski Bear? I like to think so. It is my pleasure to be labeled ‘crazy’ on behalf of the entire Strahotski.com fanbase.
Along with the article also comes a number of excellent photos. You can see the bulk of them over at the Saturday Night Magazine site, but we’re also fortunate to have received a few high resolution ones for you to admire as well that you can check out in our Gallery.
A big special thanks to Saturday Night Magazine for making these high resolution photos available to us. I can think of no other community that will enjoy them more than the one here at Strahotski.com.
At any rate, get over to Saturday Night Magazine’s site and check out the article. Heck, buy a copy of the issue for your very own! It’ll brighten your day with both the interview and the pictures!
Though the site hasn’t been updated during the hiatus, there’s been a lot going on behind the scenes. Fans have been hard at work supplying us with Yvonne Strahovski content.
First off, I was humbled to be asked by NBC to participate in a conference call with Zachary Levi and Josh Gomez this past Friday. Though I didn’t get to ask a question, it was a lot of fun as they talked about geekdom and what we can generally expect from the rest of Season 3.
The transcript of that interview should arrive in my inbox shortly and I hope to post the entire thing here on Strahotski.com for your perusal. Until then, remember to watch Chuck starting tomorrow at 8pm EST for the rest of Season 3.
Two drawings have been added the a new Fan Art gallery to show off the artistic endeavors of Yvonne Strahovski fans. Both are impressive additions to the site, and the latter is featured on one of our official Strahotski.com t-shirts.
Bzzg came through with some new screen caps from Headland that I’ve put up in the gallery. She originally sent me a whopping 320 screen caps, but in the interest of storage space I narrowed it down to what I considered to the best of the bunch.
Dan from the forums has donated a lot of time into capturing some choice images from Mass Effect 2. He turned up his rig as high as it would go to get some super high quality screen captures of Miranda. He sent only the best, and the best are a beautiful testament to both the game and Yvonne Strahovski.
Nima has also been hard at work to help promote the site. He whipped up a promotional video for the site which is extremely well done and will hopefully attract even more fans to the site. I know there has to be a few Yvonne Strahovski fans out there that haven’t joined the ranks of Strahotski.com yet.
We really appreciate the submissions of everyone! We are but a few people, and when the Yvonne Strahovski fan-base chips in to provide content we just get that much more Yvonne out there in the world.
Have anything you’d like to submit to the site? Send us Yvonne Strahovski related stuff at submissions@strahotski.com!
