What’s even weider to me is that not only are they airing the episodes on Thursday, they are airing them in January prior to the February sweeps. I thought for sure we would have a few repeats or “catch-up” episodes air prior to February and then roll out the last two new episodes the first couple of weeks of sweeps.
However, I guess this is in line with every other network. All the majors are dumping the few remaining new episodes from their fall series this month. Housewives is done, Grey’s finishes up on Thursday, Gossip Girl is finished after tonight. Sweeps will all be about non-scripted TV.

Even weirder, the episodes are airing at 8 and 10 o’clock, with Celebrity Apprentice in between. It makes sense for NBC to be trying Chuck out in other time slots, but this is a strange way to do it.

I agree this is weird. Now if these are the last 2 episodes of Chuck does mean for the entire season? I just want this writers strike to end. I mean what is there to watch anymore?

I saw two new episodes of Chuck tonight (january 21st) I am not sure, but I could not find the listings for anything else… They were on Citytv from 8-9 and 9-10 tonight and were amazing as usual! I was very confused however of why these new shows aired tonight.

I live in Southern Ontario and like Javery I saw the two Chuck episodes last night (Jan.21/08). Very, very good. I won’t ruin it for anybody else. I hope this damn writers strike ends soon, I’m not sure I can go without Yvonne for very long. She has been a bright light on a very bleak TV season.
