Ken-Mar & Yvonne

Today was another charity event for the Ken-Mar Rescue, a dog rescue organization that our own Ms. Yvonne Strahovski is heavily invested in.

Along with some other celebs, Yvonne was on hand for the fans to meet, with some of our own community in attendance. Sabi from the Forums, and Yvonne’s biggest fan, Bailey, were all there to chat with Ms. Strahovski.

Fans got a chance to talk to Ms. Strahovski about the site and we’re pleased to say that she approves of us! She had nothing but good things to say about the community, so it’s good to know that she loves us as much as we love her.

More importantly, however, keep in mind the point of the charity event. There are a lot of dogs without homes out there or in really poor situations. If you can’t adopt a dog, consider donating to a charity like Ken-Mar.

The event sounds like it was a lot of fun and for a very wonderful cause. I know how important it is to support a resuce as I have a rescue dog myself and volunteer a Weekend a month to the rescue for helping out at the kennel.. I love my dog and couldnt think of life without him..

Even though I live in the midwest and could not attend in person(really sorry I missed this great event), I did donate to the cause.

So nice to see that the lovely Yvonne approves of the site. Thank you to all that help out in this site and and the time you take to make the updates.

The event was a great success and one of the best days, I got to meet Yvonne and I got to meet Julia Ling again and she remembered me

If things were different, I would definitely adopt a dog from Ken Mar, but I don’t live in the States and I already have two doggies that I love a lot
