Episode 3.06 Captures
I’ve sifted through an added a quality 64 new screen captures to the gallery for Episode 3.06 – Chuck Versus the Nacho Sampler.
This episode offered some phenomenal shots of Yvonne Strahovski. There are the obvious caps of the ‘Frak Off’ shirt and the bedroom scene afterward, but also some really fun facial expressions.
I’m sure that some people will notice that there are some missing shots that certainly happened in the show. It’s a fine line to walk between capturing what’s there tastefully and not. It’s only a judgment call by me, but some things didn’t make the cut on those grounds.
Also be sure to check out the Episode 6 Music. If you like a song, buy it! Any proceeds from buying through those links go directly towards paying for Strahotski.com hosting costs.
Enjoy!

Great caps as always Lykaon. I think you made the right call on what was tasteful and what wasn’t. As always though, my favourites are of the many facial expressions of Yvonne Strahovski/Sarah Walker, ranging this time from laugh out loud funny to absolutely heartbreaking. Keep up the great work Lykaon!

Great pics, but I’m not sure I get the line drawn between what’s tasteful or not.
On one hand, you included a close-up shot of Yvonne’s belly (thanks for that), but you didn’t include the shots of Yvonne hastily getting dressed after Manoosh got tranqed. I guess I just don’t see the difference in taste between those two moments.
Then again, my idea of “tasteful” might be different than others.
Oh well, not a complaint, just an observation. You do great stuff!

Your screen caps prove that the “Nacho Sampler” episode was both tasty AND tasteful! Cool site.

@B
I can understand what you’re saying. Like I said, it’s a fine line and it is mostly subject to my own code.
The scene that you’re referring to about Yvonne hastily getting dressed is an example of a scene where there was no way to get a shot of her without her being in an awkward pose or with a strange look on her face. In that case, it’s not as much about what she was wearing as it was that I could not get a shot that I felt represented the scene fairly, tastefully, and accurately.
If I can get a shot where her face is blurry but her body is perfectly in focus, then I’m going to hesitate. Because that feels overly exploitative. I want people to look at the photos as clear representations of the episode and her performance.
As for her belly, I think most would agree that a belly is far less scandalous than lingerie or underwear. But maybe that’s just me.

One thing I forgot to mention why I loved this episode – Sarah starts to smile again (a lot) after 5 episodes, most especially all the frowns & crinkles above the nose in First Class.
