I don’t know about you, but I think A Real-Life Captain Awesome’s Tips for Being Awesome sounds pretty hilarious.
Also, don’t forget that Yvonne will be appearing (albeit in digital form) in Mass Effect 2, which will be hitting PC and Xbox 360 on January 26th. I think that’s her on the cover.
UPDATE: Reader Mike pointed out that if you zoom in on the Mass Effect 2 cover on Amazon’s site, you can clearly see that it is in fact Yvonne on the cover:
Here are the screen captures for Yvonne Strahovski’s interview with Carson Daly on October 28, 2009. The legendary interview where Yvonne gave a shout out to Strahotski.com specifically (can it be legendary in less than 24 hours?).
It’s probably also bigger because — let’s face it — we’re all needing an Yvonne Strahovski fix right about now.
All of the pictures are lovely of course, but my favorite is this picture which I’ve made a special thumbnail for.
This capture is taken right before she starts talking about Strahotski.com. It’s that split second when she’s formulating exactly what she’s going to say to Carson Daly’s question about her Googling herself…
At least that’s how I imagine it anyway. It may be wishful thinking on my part, but it’s a beautiful screen capture nonetheless.
Though I have chosen not to personally upload the video to YouTube, someone else has done so. I can’t in good conscience keep such an awesome interview from the masses, so enjoy!
What did you think of the interview and the screen captures? Yvonne’s becoming a regular over at Last Call, and each interview just gets better and better.
This isn’t the first time Yvonne Strahovski has been on Carson Daly, but it is by far the best.
Not only was the interview very fluid and comfortable, but the best part of all was when Carson nonchalantly asked Ms. Strahovski whether she had ever googled herself. Not only has she done so, but she saw fit to give a shoutout to Strahotski.com.
Carson quickly moved the interview along, but not before Yvonne mentioned that she found the site flattering. That’s good to hear because I would hate her to think that we’re a bunch of weirdos!
Daly went on to mention how he always goes straight to the pictures and enjoys looking at the screen captures from Chuck.
Overall, I couldn’t be more excited and grateful for the mention on Last Call. It’s a big acknowledgment of all of the fans out there who frequent the site to celebrate Ms. Strahovski’s work.
The interview is happily transferring to my computer right now and I’ll get screen caps up in the gallery this afternoon. Keep your eyes peeled for the interview to pop up on the Last Call site so we can relive the shoutout over and over!

The Canyon is a tale of a pair of newlyweds who get lost without their guide in the Grand Canyon wilderness. It’s been compared to movies such as Open Water as a story of survival.
ShockTillYouDrop recently posted an short interview with Yvonne about the movie, specifically focusing on her fun with the wolves in the film.
