NYC Comic Con Bear Video
A fan sent me a link to a video that has made its way to YouTube of the bear exchange. You can hear me in the background.
Being totally freaked out at the time, I enjoyed watching this. I noticed I got a thumbs up from Chris Fedak! Awesome.
I can’t believe I actually made that throw. It was a good catch by Fedak as well. The bear didn’t have a lot of heft to it, so I was scared it wouldn’t make it.
After having read some of the relatively negative takes on the ‘crazy’ fans at the panel, I was relieved to watch this back and see that it looked like a fun exchange to me.

Thanks for posting the exchange. Looks completely non-creepy to me. She seemed interested/excited to see/meet you a bit, too, from my perspective. Very sweet gift.

She was totally cool about it. Like others said, I think she was more surprised that she actually had a fansite. Which proves how cool she is just for being very down to earth. It was an awesome gift and I’m sure she loved it. She really does have an infectious laugh. I totally wish I was there!
